Flawless display from Turkey to crush France in three sets

Turkish players become ecstatic after outclassing France in straight sets

Resistencia, Argentina, August 15, 2015 - After falling to USA in the opening match of FIVB Boys’ U19 World Championship, Turkey displayed their “A” game and left France speechless with a super-solid 3-0 (25-20, 25-22, 25-12) victory.

With many high points, Turkey dominated the game in style and reached their best in the final track. Abdullah Cam and Adis Lagumdzija collected 17 and 12 points respectively, while captain Muzaffer Yonet mastered the art of setting getting the best from all of the spikers.

France, on the other hand, couldn’t get a grasp on the game despite both efforts and substitutions. Thibault Thoral was the only player on Les Bleus to achieve double figures, as he nailed 12 points.

While the French squad will take on Belgium next, Turkey acquired a major boost for a big challenge on Sunday - to meet the host team Argentina.
