Germany took the spot for the FIVB Volleyball Boys’ U19 World Championship after reaching fourth place in the continental tournament. Coach Matus Kalny assembled a good team led by captain and setter Stefan Thiel. The team is full great talents such as outside spiker Maximillian Auste, who won best scorer at the European Championship, and middle blocker Tobias Krick, one of the tallest players in his age group. Germany have a tough task but they are focused to become among the eight best teams at the U19 World Championship.
